At Kivaro, we take pride in the precision and craftsmanship of every timepiece we dispatch. However, we understand that sometimes a watch needs to be seen on the wrist to be truly appreciated. That’s why we offer a transparent and stress-free return process.
 

1. 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

In accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to change your mind. If the watch doesn't meet your expectations of authority and style, you can return it for a full refund or exchange.
 

2. Condition of the Watch

To be eligible for a full refund, the timepiece must be returned in its original, pristine condition:

  • Unworn and Unaltered: No scratches on the case, glass, or bracelet.

  • Protective Films: All original protective plastic films must be intact and not removed.

  • Packaging: Must include the original Kivaro box, manual, and any accessories provided.

  • Note: Watches with resized bracelets or removed links cannot be accepted for return.
     

3. How to Start a Return

The process is simple and professional:

  2. Approval: We will send you a Return Authorization and the instructions for the shipping address.

  3. Shipment: Securely package the watch to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a tracked service (Royal Mail Special Delivery) for your protection.

4. Inspection & Refunds
 

Once your return is received, our quality control team will inspect the watch to ensure it meets our "Like New" standards.

  • Approval: Upon approval, your refund will be processed immediately.

  • Timeline: The funds will appear back in your original payment method (Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, etc.) within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
     

5. Damaged or Faulty Items

Every Kivaro watch is inspected before dispatch. In the rare event that your watch arrives with a mechanical fault or transit damage, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a priority replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
